Boris Bike stand relocated on Eaton Gate

Working with Eaton House School, Cllr Rachael Robathan intervened with TfL to achieve the relocation of the cycle stand on Eaton Gate opposite the end of Eaton Terrace further along Eaton Gate. This ensures that the school now has easier access for its young pupils and also easing congestion along the road. The original position of the stand caused difficulty for drop offs and collections outside Eaton House School for 4 - 8 year olds, but it also added to congestion at this busy set of traffic lights as school buses and cars had to stop on the road side of the stands in order to access the school.

Following the work TFL were even able to expand the number of bikes in this new location so even more people can cycle around Belgravia!
