The campaign to Save Our Gas Lamps continues!

Two Cities MP, Nickie Aiken, had an excellent catch-up with Tim Bryars and Luke Honey of The London Gasketeers as they continued the local campaign to Save Our Gas Lamps!

After they joined forces last year, Westminster City Council listened to our calls and cancelled its plan to replace the majority of Westminster’s gas lamps.

So that we ensure their future preservation, Nickie and The London Gasketeers met with Historic England last week. Nickie looks forward to continue working together to ensure our heritage survives for generations to come.
