Listening to local people and responding to their queries and concerns is at the heart of what we do as councillors

An issue that was recently raised with us, was the state of the traffic on Elizabeth Street. We commissioned the Elizabeth Street Traffic Study, the findings of which have been shared with our amenity societies. There are a few proposals being considered, with the most notable one being a restriction of HGV vehicles (except for access) on Elizabeth Street.

At last! Some progress on pedicab regulation
