Sadiq Khan is planning to make his congestion charge hike permanent, but you can help me stop him.
The Mayor promised that his decision to increase the charge from £11.50 a day to £15 and to extend it to weekends would only be temporary, but he's gone back on his word as usual and is trying to make the change permanent.
Khan's plan is the last thing London needs as we are trying to get people back into Central London. It's a tax on jobs and London's recovery, but together, we can stop him.
Transport for London has opened a consultation on Khan's disastrous plan, but please don't feel you have to answer every one of his questions, which are rather skewed.

In June 2020, the Mayor temporarily increased the charge from £11.50 to £15, extended the hours to 07:00 to 22:00 and days to include weekends.
As London struggled with the pandemic, Khan's hike hit the capital's economy and deterred people from travelling into the city.
Now, the Mayor wants to make his damaging hike permanent.
His proposal will keep the charge at £15, reduce the hours back to 7:00 to 18:00 during the week, but keep the charge on weekends between 12:00 and 18:00.
This is the last thing London needs as we try to get commuters, customers and tourists back into our city and rebuild after the pandemic.
It is a tax on jobs and our city's recovery.
We are calling on the Mayor to reverse his Congestion Charge hike by reducing the charge to £11.50 and ending the charge on weekends.
This will help encourage people back into the capital and stop Khan's hike squeezing Londoner's livelihoods.
But, we need your support.
Transport for London (TfL) has opened a consultation on the Mayor's disastrous proposal to keep the Congestion Charge at £15 and retain it at the weekends.
There are three ways you can have your say and help reverse the hike.
- TfL has opened an online survey for you to provide your comments. However, the questions are skewed in favour of Khan's hike - so this may not be the best way to respond.

The consultation closes on Wednesday, 6 October 2021. So respond now to make sure your voice is heard and help reverse Sadiq Khan's Congestion Charge hike.
