Nickie caught up with Rebecca Pow MP to discuss flood insurance

Nickie Aiken, Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, caught up with Rebecca Pow MP, Minister for Environmental Quality and Resilience, to discuss flood insurance, an issue which a number of local people have been in touch with her about.

Following flash flooding in our area over recent years, Nickie met with local people on a number of occasions to hear about their concerns and the challenges they face in trying to get flood insurance.  

Continuing her campaign to improve eligibility, Nickie had a positive meeting with the Minister and she will shortly also be meeting with Flood RE as well as industry-wide insurance brokers.
