Peter Cuthbertson has been selected as the new Conservative candidate for Tachbrook Ward at next year’s local council elections.

He replaces Councillor Alan Bradley, who is standing down in 2014 after 36 years on Westminster City Council. Peter commented: "I'm honoured to have been chosen to succeed Alan Bradley who has given tremendous service to the local community. Westminster City Council does a fantastic job delivering good services for the lowest council tax in the country, and I will be working hard to keep it this way and to ensure Pimlico residents’ views are listened to.”

A Moreton Street resident, Peter has lived in Tachbrook Ward since 2007. Peter works with medical device manufacturers for a healthcare consultancy. He has written influential reports on education, local government and the benefits of robust, zero-tolerance policing.
