Cities of London & Westminster's Prospective MP Tim Barnes has been calling for action on abandoned e-bikes in central London.

"Here we are on Millbank, one of the prestigious locations in the Cities of London and Westminster. 

"And behind me is another example of the mess and the chaos of the way in which the management of e-bikes in Westminster has failed. There's just too many bikes for the number of bays. 

"What are Westminster's Labour-run council going to do about it?"

"They've either got to dramatically increase the number of bays, or they've got to cut back and move to the sort of system that we used to have, which was better than this. I don't mind saying congratulations to them for trying something different, but it hasn't worked and they need to act. If they don't, I will."
