Two Cities MP makes the case for leasehold reform

Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, Nickie Aiken, spoke out in the House of Commons Chamber and made the case for leasehold reform. 

Having recently met with local people living at 14 Newman Street, an affordable housing block at Rathbone Place in the Two Cities, Nickie was shocked to learn they were being charged five times more for their energy than their private neighbours at Rathbone Square. 

In the House of Commons, Nickie raised their case with the Minister for Housing, Rachel Maclean MP, and called for a complete shake-up of leasehold reform and property management. Watch what they had to say.
