We are delighted to have as our special guest speaker Jacob Rees-Mogg MP.  Jacob represents the seat of Somerset North East and is chairman of the influential European Research Group of MPs, who are making an extremely high-profile contribution to the national debate about Brexit and are likely to have a key role in determining the shape which Brexit takes.  Subject to parliamentary duties, our MP the Rt Hon Mark Field will also be attending

Jacob was Chairman of the CLWCA from 2005-2008 and so it is always a great pleasure to welcome him back.  We also very much appreciated the time he spent with us earlier in the year campaigning in our area of Westminster for the Council elections in May:  it was notable that he was extremely well received by the electors he spoke to.
