Work has begun in earnest on construction in St Vincent Street (Howard de Walden development) and the Moxon Street Car Park (Concord Development).

Your Councillors have secured an agreement between the three developers Concord, Howard de Walden and the third being Dorrington Estates (yet to commence development in St. Vincent Street/Blandford Street) to fund a Project Manager on behalf of St Vincent’s School. The School being the most affected in every way by the unprecedented amount of development taking place in such close proximity.
