Whitbread, the owners of Premier Inn Hotel, have won an appeal to redevelop a property on the corner of Old Marylebone Road and Harcourt Street.
The Council originally challenged the application on the grounds that the development would impede traffic and compromise pedestrian safety, and involve losing a tree. Adjustments were agreed only to have the Mayor of London further object to the application. However, at the appeal the application was successful. Your Conservative Councillors will monitor the construction process and ensure local people are respected throughout the building works period.
