GLA Conservatives and West Central Conservative MPs have joined forces to host an Open Meeting on crime and policing. The meeting is open to all and serves as a venue where local concerns can be voiced and addressed by your elected representatives.
Commenting on his day on the doorsteps, West Central Assembly Member Tony Devenish said, “I have been letting local people know about our Open Crime and Policing Meeting later this month, with our outstanding mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey and Greg Hands, Chelsea’s fantastic MP.”
It was great to get the message out and reach as many locals in Chelsea, Kensington and Fulham as possible. Tony observed that, “I commend Greg Hands’s hard work in raising awareness for our event. He has done an excellent job in calling out the Mayor’s inaction on crime. Greg has played a pivotal role in focusing efforts on local crime prevention in Chelsea.”
Tony was joined by Shaun, who has been dedicated to fighting citywide crime. His numerous crime prevention campaigns have raised the profile of London’s crime. He has compelled the Mayor to take stronger action to keep our city safe.
Reflecting on the campaigning Tony added that is was, “A brilliant day delivering leaflets with my good colleagues. Join us on Tuesday night for our open meeting. I look forward to seeing you there.”
