It’s vital that we allow locally elected representatives to make planning decisions and prevent the construction of the Mayor’s unsuitable high-rise buildings. West Central Assembly Member Tony Devenish said, “I continue to fight for our democratically elected Borough Planning Committees given the Mayor’s increasing attempts to bypass them.”
