The future role of the Gordon Hospital: Acute Mental Health public consultation extended

Cities of London & Westminster MP Nickie Aiken was joined by Vincent Square Councillor Selina Short at a meeting with the leadership team of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) about the NHS’ plans for the future of the Gordon Hospital and acute mental health services in Westminster. Nickie explains,

"Since the Gordon Hospital closed to inpatients, we’ve seen a massive improvement in the outcomes of patients with severe mental health issues across Westminster. 

"As the Gordon Hospital is in Vincent Square, in the south of Westminster, it is important that local people here are given their say. So I’m delighted that following my calls, the consultation has been extended by two weeks, until 14th February, and that there will be another public meeting in the south of Westminster."
